RedotPay Plans $4 Billion IPO: ALT Analysis

Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company RedotPay is considering an IPO in the US that could raise over $1 billion and value it at over $4 billion. The company is working with JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies to list on the New York Stock Exchange this year. According to Bloomberg citing sources close to the matter, terms are still under review and additional banks may join. Established in April 2023, RedotPay offers stablecoin-linked payment cards, multi-currency wallets, and international payment services; it has 6 million users and processes $10 billion in annual payment volume. The company did not comment on the matter.
