Crypto exchange Kraken’s parent company Payward has significantly expanded its infrastructure by acquiring tokenization platform Magna. Kraken announced that Magna will continue to operate as an independent platform and will be empowered by the company. This move strengthens Kraken’s institutional services in 2026, when the tokenization trend is accelerating.
