PANews reported on February 14th that, according to The Block, Grayscale has filed an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its AAVE Trust into an ETF, planned for listing on the NYSE Arca. The proposed Grayscale AAVE ETF will charge a 2.5% management fee based on net asset value, paid in AAVE, with Coinbase acting as custodian and prime broker.
