Riverbend Industries Appoints Jim Japczyk as Chief Financial Officer

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Riverbend Industries today announced the appointment of Jim Japczyk as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 26, 2026. Japczyk brings more than three decades of financial leadership in manufacturing, distribution, and industrial businesses, with an extensive track record driving growth, operational excellence, and disciplined capital deployment.

Japczyk has held multiple CFO roles across complex, multi‑site organizations, including Plymouth Tube Company, Optimas OE Solutions, Corix Infrastructure/Utilities, Inc., and Crane Plumbing. His background spans strategic planning, operational finance, M&A integration, working capital optimization, and performance management—capabilities that will strengthen Riverbend’s financial strategy and execution.
