The fantasy football playoffs are right around the corner. It’s time to hone your roster for the stretch run. In addition to players seeing increased fantasy value because of injuries or new opportunities, others could see their stock fall because of a declining role or disappointing performance. Here are the top Week 13 fantasy football risers and fallers to keep in mind for your waiver wire claims, lineup decisions, and long-term roster strategy.

Week 13 Fantasy Football Risers

De’Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins

Achane was trending in the right direction before the Dolphins had their bye in Week 12, posting 294 rushing yards, 96 receiving yards, and two touchdowns over his last two games. Now fresh coming off the bye, Achane could be primed to carry fantasy managers down the stretch. His next four games come against the Saints, Jets, Steelers, and Bengals, each of which has allowed at least 23.9 points per game.

Derrick Henry, RB, Baltimore Ravens

Although he only ran for 64 yards versus the Jets last week, Henry received 21 carries and posted two touchdowns. He has been given at least 18 carries in six straight games. That type of hefty workload leaves him with a ton of upside with two of his next three games coming against the Bengals. They have given up the second-most rushing yards to running backs on their way to allowing 32.7 points per game.

RJ Harvey, RB, Denver Broncos

With J.K. Dobbins (foot) out for the remainder of the regular season, Harvey got his first shot at being a featured running back in Week 11. In what was a difficult matchup against the Chiefs, he was held to 30 yards on 11 carries. The Broncos had a bye in Week 12, but Harvey now has a chance to make his mark with his next two opponents being the Commanders and Raiders. The Commanders have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to running backs in PPR formats, while the Raiders have given up 12 touchdowns to the position. Harvey is a viable RB2 for those matchups.

Week 13 Fantasy Football Fallers

Ricky Pearsall, WR, San Francisco 49ers

Pearsall hasn’t been involved much since returning from injury. He was targeted two times in Week 11 against the Cardinals, then he caught two of four targets for six yards against the Panthers on Monday Night Football. Week 13 brings a matchup against the Browns, who have allowed the second-fewest receptions to wide receivers. The 49ers then have a bye in Week 14, further depleting Pearsall’s fantasy appeal.

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots

TreVeyon Henderson thrived when Stevenson was out with a toe injury. Stevenson made his return last week, but only had six rushing attempts for five yards. Henderson turned 18 carries into 66 yards and looks to be the Patriots featured running back moving forward. Don’t drop Stevenson yet, but he should be benched in most fantasy formats.

Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings

J.J. McCarthy’s return has been bad news for Addison. Across the last four games with McCarthy under center, Addison has a total of seven receptions for 103 yards and one touchdown. Carson Wentz (shoulder) is out for the season, so it’s going to be either McCarthy or Max Brosmer throwing Addison passes down the stretch. That doesn’t leave him with enough upside to warrant starting in most formats.

Takeaway

Achane, Henry, and Harvey are all on the rise heading into Week 13. The same can’t be said for Pearsall, Stevenson, and Addison, who should all be anchored to the bench in fantasy. UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach

UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach

The post UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The UK and US are reportedly preparing to deepen cooperation on digital assets, with Britain looking to copy the Trump administration’s crypto-friendly stance in a bid to boost innovation.  UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves and US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent discussed on Tuesday how the two nations could strengthen their coordination on crypto, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.  The discussions also involved representatives from crypto companies, including Coinbase, Circle Internet Group and Ripple, with executives from the Bank of America, Barclays and Citi also attending, according to the report. The agreement was made “last-minute” after crypto advocacy groups urged the UK government on Thursday to adopt a more open stance toward the industry, claiming its cautious approach to the sector has left the country lagging in innovation and policy.  Source: Rachel Reeves Deal to include stablecoins, look to unlock adoption Any deal between the countries is likely to include stablecoins, the Financial Times reported, an area of crypto that US President Donald Trump made a policy priority and in which his family has significant business interests. The Financial Times reported on Monday that UK crypto advocacy groups also slammed the Bank of England’s proposal to limit individual stablecoin holdings to between 10,000 British pounds ($13,650) and 20,000 pounds ($27,300), claiming it would be difficult and expensive to implement. UK banks appear to have slowed adoption too, with around 40% of 2,000 recently surveyed crypto investors saying that their banks had either blocked or delayed a payment to a crypto provider.  Many of these actions have been linked to concerns over volatility, fraud and scams. The UK has made some progress on crypto regulation recently, proposing a framework in May that would see crypto exchanges, dealers, and agents treated similarly to traditional finance firms, with…
