MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court has put an end to the shutdown order case of the Securities and Exchange Commission against Rappler through a resolution made public on April 2, 2026.

This marked the end of Rappler’s eight-year legal battle against the order that was made during the presidency of Rodrigo Duterte.
