<title>Termini e condizioni</title><ul><li>Partecipando a questo evento, si ritiene che gli utenti abbiano letto, compreso e accettato i Termini e Condizioni dell'evento.</li><li>La partecipazione a questo evento è limitata al solo conto principale. Gli account secondari non possono partecipare come account indipendenti. Il volume di trading e i dati correlati degli account secondari saranno combinati con quelli dell'account principale per i calcoli finali.</li><li>Gli utenti possono ricevere un solo premio per lo stesso tipo di evento su MEXC entro lo stesso periodo di tempo. Non verranno emessi premi ripetuti.</li><li>Il valore dei premi può variare a causa delle condizioni di mercato e può aumentare o diminuire in qualsiasi momento. MEXC non è responsabile per eventuali variazioni del valore dei premi derivanti dalla volatilità del mercato.</li><li>Tutti i vincitori dei premi sono soggetti alla revisione del rischio di MEXC prima della distribuzione dei premi. Gli utenti che non superano la revisione non riceveranno i premi e i premi non verranno riemessi. MEXC si riserva la decisione finale su tutte le questioni relative alla distribuzione dei premi.</li><li>Durante il periodo dell'evento, MEXC monitorerà l'attività di trading per rilevare e prevenire qualsiasi forma di imbroglio o comportamento anomalo, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: creazione di account in blocco, utilizzo dell'account o delle informazioni personali di un'altra persona, fornitura di dati KYC falsi, gonfiatura artificiale dei dati di trading, coinvolgimento in wash trading o riciclaggio, violazione dei termini dell'evento, violazione dei requisiti normativi locali o coinvolgimento in qualsiasi altra attività illegale, fraudolenta o dannosa. Qualora venga identificata una di tali condotte, MEXC si riserva il diritto di squalificare gli utenti dalla ricezione dei premi.</li><li>Questo evento non costituisce e non deve essere considerato come una raccomandazione o un consiglio di investimento per l'acquisto o la vendita di alcun prodotto. Gli asset digitali sono speculativi e altamente volatili e possono diventare illiquidi in qualsiasi momento. Sono adatti solo a investitori con un'elevata tolleranza al rischio e gli investitori potrebbero perdere l'intero valore del loro investimento. Phần thưởng sẽ được phân bổ theo từng mốc, mở khoá theo thứ tự từ mốc 1 đến mốc 2. Phần thưởng được ưu tiên phân bổ cho người dùng hoàn thành cả 2 mốc nhiệm vụ, dành cho những người dùng đầu tiên theo thứ tự hoàn thành trước nhận thưởng trước (FCFS).
Khối lượng giao dịch tích luỹ = Giao dịch Mở + Giao dịch Đóng (bao gồm tất cả các cặp giao dịch Futures) trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện. Cách tính này áp dụng cho tất cả các cặp giao dịch ngoại trừ Stablecoin Futures như USDC/USDT và các cặp giao dịch 0 fee.
Phần thưởng được ưu tiên phân bổ cho người hoàn thành trước. Khi tổng phần thưởng đã được trao hết, việc đổi quà sẽ dừng lại. Tất cả phần thưởng sẽ được phân bổ trong vòng 14 ngày làm việc sau khi sự kiện kết thúc.
Nghiêm cấm thực hiện bất kỳ hành vi vi phạm nào ảnh hưởng đến sự cạnh tranh công bằng giữa những người dùng trong sự kiện, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc giả mạo khối lượng giao dịch, đăng ký tài khoản số lượng lớn bất hợp pháp, tự giao dịch hoặc thao túng thị trường. Nếu bị phát hiện, người dùng có liên quan sẽ bị loại khỏi sự kiện.

Terms and Conditions
By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
