Terms & Conditions

• New users refer to users who sign up during the event or have a total deposit of less than $100 before the event starts (including on-chain, fiat, and P2P deposits).

• All users (including referrers) must click the "Register Now" button on the event page to be eligible for the event.

• New users may participate in deposit, Spot trading, and Futures trading tasks after registration. The referral task is open to all registered users and is not limited to new users.

• Market makers, institutional accounts, and certain affiliates along with their referees are not eligible to participate in this event.

• Upon successful registration, the system will automatically track participants' total deposits and trading volume throughout the event period, including activities conducted prior to registration. All eligible activities within the official event timeframe will be counted toward the qualification requirements.

• There are no restrictions on deposit tokens. Users may deposit any token, which will be converted into USDT at the platform's market price for reward calculation. Net deposits are calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals during the event period. Deposit amounts are determined based on the token value at the time of deposit, while withdrawals are determined based on the token value at the time of withdrawal. Participants whose net deposits fall below the minimum threshold at the end of the event will not be eligible for rewards.

• Eligible deposit methods include P2P, fiat, and on-chain transfers. Eligible withdrawal methods include on-chain withdrawals, internal transfers, P2P, and fiat withdrawals.

• Only trades in USDT trading pairs will be counted toward valid Spot trading volume. Valid Futures trading volume includes USDT-M, USDC-M, and USDE-M Futures (both open and closed positions). Copy trading and grid trading volumes are excluded.

• New users may claim a new user-exclusive reward only once across the following events: Airdrop+, Spin & Win, Launchpad, Launchpool, Referral Rewards, and Rewards Hub. Users who participate in more than one of these events will receive rewards only from the first event for which they qualify.

• Participants may participate in multiple tasks simultaneously to earn spin chances. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 14 business days after the event ends. Token rewards will be airdropped to users' Spot wallets.

• Physical prizes will be converted to USDT and distributed accordingly (Cybertruck: $72,235; 1 oz of Gold: 4,000 USDT; iPhone 17 Pro Max: 1,100 USDT).

• Spin chances may experience a slight delay in being credited to eligible participants after meeting the requirements. Unused spins will be forfeited once the event ends. Please use chances on time.

• Referees must sign up during the event period to be considered qualified. Sign-ups completed prior to the event start will not qualify, and referrers will not receive spin chances for such referees.

• Referees must successfully complete deposit tasks & at least one Spot or Futures trading task under the "New User Tasks" section to be eligible for rewards.

• This event does not constitute investment advice. Participation in this event is entirely voluntary.

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

• MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
