<title>شرایط و قوانین</title><ul><li>با شرکت در این رویداد، کاربران به‌ عنوان کسانی در نظر گرفته می‌شوند که شرایط و قوانین آن را مطالعه، درک و پذیرفته ‌اند.</li><li>شرکت تنها برای حساب اصلی مجاز است؛ حساب های فرعی نمی‌توانند به ‌عنوان حساب مستقل شرکت کنند و داده‌ های آن ‌ها با حساب اصلی برای محاسبات نهایی ترکیب می‌شود.</li><li>کاربران تنها می‌توانند برای همان نوع رویداد در یک بازه زمانی مشخص، یک جایزه دریافت کنند و جوایز تکراری صادر نخواهد شد.</li><li>ارزش جوایز ممکن است به دلیل شرایط بازار تغییر کند و در هر زمان افزایش یا کاهش یابد؛ MEXC مسئول تغییرات ناشی از نوسانات بازار نیست.</li><li>تمام برندگان جوایز قبل از توزیع تحت بررسی ریسک MEXC قرار می‌گیرند و کاربرانی که بررسی را گذرانده نشوند، جایزه دریافت نمی‌کنند؛ MEXC تصمیم نهایی در توزیع جوایز را دارد.</li><li>در طول رویداد، MEXC فعالیت ‌های معاملاتی را رصد می‌کند تا هرگونه تقلب یا رفتار غیرعادی مانند ایجاد چند حساب، استفاده از حساب یا اطلاعات شخصی دیگران، ارائه اطلاعات KYC نادرست، بزرگنمایی مصنوعی داده‌ ها، معاملات شستشو یا پول‌ شویی، نقض شرایط رویداد، تخطی از مقررات محلی یا هر فعالیت غیرقانونی یا آسیب ‌رسان را شناسایی و متوقف کند و حق محروم کردن کاربران از جایزه را دارد.</li><li>این رویداد به ‌عنوان توصیه یا مشاوره سرمایه ‌گذاری برای خرید یا فروش محصولات تلقی نمی‌شود. دارایی‌های دیجیتال پرریسک و نوسانی هستند و ممکن است غیرقابل نقد شوند. شرکت ‌کنندگان مسئول تصمیمات خود هستند و MEXC مسئول زیان‌ ها نیست. عملکرد گذشته شاخص قابل اعتماد برای آینده نیست. تنها در محصولاتی سرمایه ‌گذاری کنید که آن‌ها را درک می‌کنید و ریسک آن ‌ها را می‌توانید تحمل کنید.</li><li>MEXC حق دارد قوانین رویداد را در هر زمان بدون اطلاع قبلی اصلاح یا بروزرسانی کند، از جمله لغو، تمدید یا پایان رویداد، تغییر شرایط شرکت کاربران و تنظیم قوانین جوایز؛ تمام شرکت ‌کنندگان موظف به رعایت شرایط اصلاح‌شده هستند و در صورت امکان MEXC تلاش می‌کند قبل از اعمال تغییرات اطلاع ‌رسانی کند.</li><li>MEXC حق تفسیر نهایی این رویداد را دارد؛ در صورت هرگونه سؤال، با تیم خدمات مشتریان تماس بگیرید.</li><li>در صورت هرگونه اختلاف بین نسخه انگلیسی و ترجمه، نسخه انگلیسی معتبر خواهد بود.</li></ul>

Terms and Conditions

- New users are those who sign up on MEXC using Fire Hustle's referral link or code during the event, or who have made total deposits of less than 100 USDT before the event starts.

- Users must click the Register Now button on this page to be eligible for the event. Only deposits and trades made after registration will be counted toward the calculation.

- Supported deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not eligible.

- Net Deposit = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals. Deposits will be calculated based on the price of the eligible asset(s) at the time of deposit.

- Only Futures taker trading volume will be counted toward the calculation. Futures trades with zero fees, as well as stablecoin Futures such as USDCUSDT, are excluded from the valid trading volume.

- There may be a delay in updating Futures trading data. If your trading volume does not update in real time, please refresh the page after approximately 10 minutes.

- Sub-accounts cannot participate in this event independently. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for final calculations.

- The number of rewards available is limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. All rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after the event ends.

- Prizes will be distributed in equivalent USDT after the event ends.

- Rewards from this event cannot be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. If users participate in overlapping events, the system will deduct any rewards already issued from similar events before calculating your final reward.

- All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
