This New DeFi Coin Has Risen 250% While Large Caps Drift, Is It the Best High-Upside Crypto Before 2026?

2025/12/07 15:30

Big assets remain ambiguous in their drift and lots of people are shifting towards new sharp upside prospects. One DeFi altcoin that is currently trading at a price of $0.035 had been making gains of 250% in its development process and as the activities increase before its next significant milestone, the Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is a coin to consider before 2026.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM)

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is building a lending scheme that will help borrow and lend predictably using on-chain methods. There are two environments connected in the system. Within the Peer to Contract model, assets like ETH or USDT are being lent out by the users. When they are allocated they mint mtTokens and these grow in value as interest is paid by the borrowers.

The borrowers create their own bargains in the Peer to Peer model. The cost of borrowing is liquidity-sensitive. In case of good liquidity, borrowing remains less costly. When it tightens, rates rise. Safe borrowing is guided by loan to value limits. In case of a drop in the collateral, liquidation has a possibility. Part of the debt is recovered back by the liquidators in the form of discounted collateral.

Growth and Expanding Participation

Mutuum Finance had an initial price of $0.01 in early 2025. It is currently at a token standing at $0.035 in the development, and this is a triple upswing. The project has already raised $19.1M and has more than 18,300 holders. Over 810M tokens have already been bought. This was based on the 4B of the overall supply amounting to 1.82B tokens, which comprised 45.5% to the presale. Phase 6 is currently on the eve of full completion, and the demand is on the increase since the remaining inventory is scarce.

The official launch price is $0.06, and it makes a conspicuous difference between the existing product price and the stated one. This breach has injected participation in the final stages. Mutuum Finance also has a consistent presence with its 24-hour leaderboard by which the most contributing member gets a $500 in MUTM. The system also has the functionality of card payment and therefore, onboarding is straightforward to someone who wants rapid access.

V1 Timeline and Analyst Expectations

Mutuum finance through its official X account made confirmations that the V1 testnet will reach Q4 2025. V1 has a liquidity pool, mtTokens, the liquidation tool and the debt module. The initial accessible assets will be ETH and USDT. This will be the first opportunity to have the users use the borrowing and lending in real-life conditions.

There has been comprehensive security preparation. Mutuum Finance has passed a CertiK audit score of 90/100 in the Token Scan test. Halborn Security is reconsidering lending contracts to make them stable. There is a $50K bug bounty that has been activated in order to capture any outstanding problems.

The fact that the lending model is pegged to activity and contains revenue-generated buy pressure explains why some analysts believe the token might experience a rampant growth following V1. The initial models indicate up to 5x to 7x range in the case of borrowing more and adoption growth throughout the initial months testing.

Long-Term Potential

Mutuum Finance is planning a dollar-pegged stablecoin on interest of the borrowers. The use of stablecoins usually has a huge effect on scaling loan intermediaries as they provide users with reliability. This will enable more extensive borrowing as well as amplify liquidity within the platform.

It is also envisaged in the project to extend over a number of layer-2 networks. The use of L2 reduces expenses and accelerates speed. The promptness of updates on collateral and interest information relies on lending protocols, and thus, the integration L2 will render the system much more efficient in case of the increase in its usage.

Chainlink feeds will be used as the main oracle layer in terms of pricing accuracy. Liquidation mistakes will be avoided with aid of backup pricing sources and aggregated data. This constitutes an important aspect of long term credibility of any loaning protocol.

The combination of these characteristics leads to the foundation of a long-term growth profile which according to some analysts might go all the way to 600% token appreciation by 2027 in case of adoption to expectations.

Phase 6 Acceleration and Timing

Phase 6 allocation is currently near done. The overall amount of tokens that stay at $0.035 is minimal and the interest is escalating towards the launch price. A new whale sale above $100K aided in increasing the rate of demand. Involvement of whales is a common indication that bigger investors may receive great gains in future development stages of the project.

As V1 approaches, contracts have already been audits, users have become more numerous, and global presence is expanding, Mutuum Finance is beginning to take the form of one of the potential best crypto to purchase now under $0.05. To a lot of traders, the clock is running out more than they thought when it comes to the time before the next crypto wave strikes.

Thomas Massie, R-Ky., who is leading a separate effort to force the Justice Department to release more Epstein case materials, voting alongside Democrats. The vote, if successful, would have resulted in the issuing of subpoenas to JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan, Deutsche Bank CEO Christian Sewing and Bank of New York Mellon CEO Robin Vince. The subpoenas would have specifically looked into multiple reports that claimed the four banks flagged $1.5 billion in suspicious transactions linked to Epstein. The failed effort from Democrats followed an FBI oversight hearing in which agency director Kash Patel misleadingly claimed the FBI cannot release many of the files it has on Epstein. Standard Chartered: Bitcoin Halving Cycles Are Over

Standard Chartered: Bitcoin Halving Cycles Are Over

The post Standard Chartered: Bitcoin Halving Cycles Are Over appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Banking giant Standard Chartered believes that Bitcoin’s four-year cycles are already over.  Historically, Bitcoin price movements have been strongly tied to “halving” events (when the block reward for mining Bitcoin is cut in half, roughly every 4 years). Typically, prices would peak about 18 months after a halving. However, Standard Chartered argues that this old logic no longer reliably predicts price cycles following the introduction of Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S.  The rationale is that ETFs make Bitcoin more accessible to mainstream investors. For this new dynamic to be proven, BTC would need to break its current all-time high of $126,000. They expect this breakout could happen in the first half of 2026.  Standard Chartered has also lowered its BTC price predictions for the following years (from $200,000 to $100,000 in 2025, from $300,000 to $200,000 in 2026, from $400,000 to $225,000 in 2027, and from $500,000 to $300,000).  You Might Also Like Bitcoin is currently changing hands at $90,397, according to CoinGecko data.  On the same page  Apart from Standard Chartered, there are quite a few analysts and market watchers who argue that the traditional Bitcoin halving cycle is no longer relevant.  In a recent research note, Bernstein analysts assert that the traditional four‑year halving cycle is effectively over due to Bitcoin ETFs dominating the scene. CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju also claims that the flagship cryptocurrency no longer follows four-year cycles, citing institutional buying power.  That said, it remains to be seen whether BTC will be able to reclaim its current all-time high next year.  Source: https://u.today/standard-chartered-bitcoin-halving-cycles-are-over
