Shilpi Padhy: Founder of Authentified.io – A B2B Identity-Intelligence and Networking Platform

Cold emailing is a traditional email marketing practice in which businesses send unsolicited sales, networking, or recruiting messages to recipients to pitch their products, services, or requests. However, cold emailing is no longer a viable marketing option, as it is often frowned upon and usually goes ignored. Business professionals are better off finding ways to connect directly with the right people to build their networks successfully.

We live in a time when technology has made it easier than ever for professionals and businesses to connect. Unfortunately, the authenticity and trust of those connections are often lacking. Too many companies think that establishing human connections with AI is the best approach.

After all, AI can scan thousands of leads and write and send emails to them within seconds. Who needs a human being to do that time-consuming work anymore? While that may seem like a good idea, the authenticity of those relationships will continue to decline, and the recipients will feel it.

Meet Shilpi Padhy: The Founder of Authentified.io

Shilpi Padhy, also known as Silpi Sanjeebita Padhy, has been described by her peers as both a builder and a believer. She has been quietly reshaping how professionals and businesses discover and collaborate, ensuring they can build trusting, authentic relationships. That is what led her to create Authentified.io.

Authentified.io is the solution to one of the toughest problems in modern business, cold emailing and outreach. Too many recruiters, business owners, and salespeople are dealing with the agony of sending endless email messages, only to receive incredibly low response rates and little trust from recipients.

While most businesspeople think communication is the problem, Padhy has a different theory. She believes the problem is credibility. When recipients receive all these unsolicited emails, they have no reason to trust or believe anything being sent to them, since they don’t have an established relationship with the senders. So, the question remains: how do you build enough trust to develop that relationship?

Padhy designed Authentified.io as a B2B trust-building platform for customer acquisition, partnership formation, and career growth. It helps professionals connect based on shared goals rather than random introductions from strangers. The days of sending out thousands of cold emails to random people are over.

How It Works

The Authentified.io platform includes a special feature called IntroPad, a hybrid space where professionals meet based on shared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The first thing you do is sign up on the platform and provide a bit of information about yourself, such as your name, professional role, location, company name, LinkedIn profile, and your KPIs.

Based on this information, the IntroPad will match you with other professionals on the platform who share your KPIs. The user-friendly dashboard lets you browse all matches and quickly connect with those most aligned with your desired goals and outcomes. From there, the Relationship Tracker will continue to help you nurture those relationships with other professionals over time.

The ultimate goal is to bring purpose and authenticity back into professional networking. AI may be replacing jobs, but it cannot replace customers. Sales professionals still need strong networking and trust-building capabilities to succeed in their careers. That is something AI technology can never replace, no matter how sophisticated it becomes. Authentified.io helps people become sales champions so AI cannot replace them.

Her Backstory

Padhy has overcome many personal struggles in her life to reach her level of achievement. When she started, Padhy was a shy software engineer with dreams of becoming an inspiring leader. Her biggest challenge was overcoming her social anxiety, which she eventually did by hosting small network gatherings to push herself out of her comfort zone.

As it turned out, those small early events and exclusive meetups evolved into something remarkable. Not only did they help Padhy open herself up more and enhance her social skills, but they also drew Vice Presidents and Chief Experience Officers from leading technology companies into her social circle. And even when the world shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, Padhy didn’t retreat. She kept building those professional, authentic relationships despite the forced isolation imposed on everyone.

When Padhy combined her background in product strategy with her desire to overcome impersonal digital networking, it laid the foundation for Authentified.io. Padhy wanted to repair the broken ways in which professionals connected. Since professional relationships drive everything in business, Padhy wished to ensure that the human element remained in those relationships without AI replacing them. That is how true opportunities, partnerships, and growth are made from those relationships.

Today, Padhy has more than 18 years of experience working in numerous international technology companies and startups. Over a decade of her work experience was spent in San Francisco, where she built and scaled digital platforms, led engineering teams, and drove innovation partnerships. Her work in machine learning, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and automation helped her understand how technology can enhance engagement without replacing authenticity. It has become the essence of her Authentified.io platform.

Her Credibility

Padhy has spent her entire professional career building her credibility as a global technology leader. It is not only reflected in her work but also in her recognition as a judge for the “Globee Awards for Impact,” where she evaluates global innovations and social impact initiatives.

You don’t have to take her word for it. Many of Padhy’s colleagues and investors have come forward to speak about her incredible vision and her successful execution. One supporter described her as someone who has consistently demonstrated a clear strategic vision, strong entrepreneurial discipline, and deep technical expertise.

Padhy’s entrepreneurial discipline and technical expertise are highly trusted by her investors. That trust is reflected in the backing of Authentified.io by partners from Foothill Ventures, Swisscom Ventures, and angel investors from Nvidia and Toktok. These partnerships validate both the strength of her product and her leadership in driving the company’s success. Plans are already underway to expand Authentified.io into key global hubs, including New York and London.

The world may run on algorithms, but building authentic relationships remains the most valuable currency. That is at the heart of Shilpi Padhy’s philosophy and ambition as an engineer and business leader.

BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models

The post BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. BlackRock is steering $185 billion worth of model portfolios deeper into US stocks and artificial intelligence. The decision came this week as the asset manager adjusted its entire model suite, increasing its equity allocation and dumping exposure to international developed markets. The firm now sits 2% overweight on stocks, after money moved between several of its biggest exchange-traded funds. This wasn’t a slow shuffle. Billions flowed across multiple ETFs on Tuesday as BlackRock executed the realignment. The iShares S&P 100 ETF (OEF) alone brought in $3.4 billion, the largest single-day haul in its history. The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) collected $2.3 billion, while the iShares US Equity Factor Rotation Active ETF (DYNF) added nearly $2 billion. The rebalancing triggered swift inflows and outflows that realigned investor exposure on the back of performance data and macroeconomic outlooks. BlackRock raises equities on strong US earnings The model updates come as BlackRock backs the rally in American stocks, fueled by strong earnings and optimism around rate cuts. In an investment letter obtained by Bloomberg, the firm said US companies have delivered 11% earnings growth since the third quarter of 2024. Meanwhile, earnings across other developed markets barely touched 2%. That gap helped push the decision to drop international holdings in favor of American ones. Michael Gates, lead portfolio manager for BlackRock’s Target Allocation ETF model portfolio suite, said the US market is the only one showing consistency in sales growth, profit delivery, and revisions in analyst forecasts. “The US equity market continues to stand alone in terms of earnings delivery, sales growth and sustainable trends in analyst estimates and revisions,” Michael wrote. He added that non-US developed markets lagged far behind, especially when it came to sales. This week’s changes reflect that position. The move was made ahead of the Federal…

Western Union Eyes Stablecoin Card for Inflation Zones

The post Western Union Eyes Stablecoin Card for Inflation Zones appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Western Union is building a stablecoin-backed prepaid card targeting countries with high inflation rates. Summary Western Union is creating a stablecoin-backed prepaid card for inflation-heavy economies. The USDPT token on Solana launches in 2026, integrating with the firm’s remittance network. Partnership with Rain enables Visa stablecoin cards and crypto-to-cash conversions. The money transfer giant plans to offer the product in markets where local currency depreciation erodes purchasing power, CFO Matthew Cagwin told the UBS Global Technology and AI conference. Cagwin pointed to Argentina as a prime use case, where inflation exceeded 200% last year. The dollar-denominated card would help preserve value for remittance recipients in economies facing rapid currency devaluation. Rain partnership brings Visa stablecoin cards Western Union has partnered with Rain to issue Visa cards linked to stablecoins. The collaboration allows users to convert digital assets stored in wallets connected to Rain’s platform into local cash at Western Union branches. The company is building on-ramps and off-ramps within its digital asset network to reduce banking system dependence and accelerate fund settlement. “We’re working with several providers to build this infrastructure,” Cagwin stated. Western Union plans to launch the US Dollar Payment Token (USDPT) in 2026, a stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital on the Solana network. The token will integrate with the company’s broader digital asset strategy. The prepaid card will function as a bridge between stablecoins and everyday spending in high-inflation economies. Users receive remittances loaded onto cards denominated in dollars. The cards can be spent at merchants or withdrawn as cash at Western Union locations. Company reverses decade-long crypto skepticism Western Union maintained a dismissive stance toward cryptocurrencies for years. In 2017, Chief Technology Officer David Thompson questioned Bitcoin’s viability as currency, comparing crypto to commodities rather than functional money. The company argued that digital assets lacked governance,…
