<title>Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις</title><ul><li>Με τη συμμετοχή σε αυτήν την εκδήλωση, οι χρήστες θεωρείται ότι έχουν διαβάσει, κατανοήσει και συμφωνήσει με τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις της εκδήλωσης.</li><li>Η συμμετοχή σε αυτήν την εκδήλωση περιορίζεται μόνο στον κύριο λογαριασμό. Οι υπολογαριασμοί δεν μπορούν να συμμετέχουν ως ανεξάρτητοι λογαριασμοί. Ο όγκος συναλλαγών και τα σχετικά δεδομένα από τους δευτερεύοντες λογαριασμούς θα συνδυαστούν με εκείνα του κύριου λογαριασμού για τους τελικούς υπολογισμούς.</li><li>Οι χρήστες μπορούν να λάβουν μόνο μία ανταμοιβή για τον ίδιο τύπο συμβάντος στο MEXC εντός της ίδιας χρονικής περιόδου. Επαναλαμβανόμενες ανταμοιβές δεν θα εκδίδονται.</li><li>Η αξία των ανταμοιβών μπορεί να αυξομειώνεται λόγω των συνθηκών της αγοράς και μπορεί να αυξάνεται ή να μειώνεται ανά πάσα στιγμή. Η MEXC διατηρεί την τελική απόφαση για όλα τα θέματα διανομής ανταμοιβών.</li><li>Κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου της εκδήλωσης, η MEXC θα παρακολουθεί τη δραστηριότητα συναλλαγών για να ανιχνεύσει και να αποτρέψει οποιαδήποτε μορφή εξαπάτησης ή μη φυσιολογικής συμπεριφοράς, όπως ενδεικτικά: δημιουργία πολλαπλών λογαριασμών, χρήση λογαριασμού ή προσωπικών πληροφοριών άλλου προσώπου, παροχή ψευδών στοιχείων KYC, τεχνητή διόγκωση των δεδομένων συναλλαγών, συμμετοχή σε συναλλαγές τύπου "wash" ή ξεπλύματος, παραβίαση των όρων της εκδήλωσης, παραβίαση των τοπικών κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων ή συμμετοχή σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη παράνομη, δόλια ή επιβλαβή δραστηριότητα. Εάν διαπιστωθεί τέτοια συμπεριφορά, η MEXC διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποκλείσει τους χρήστες από τη λήψη ανταμοιβών.</li><li>Αυτή η εκδήλωση δεν αποτελεί και δεν πρέπει να θεωρηθεί ως σύσταση ή επενδυτική συμβουλή για την αγορά ή την πώληση οποιουδήποτε προϊόντος. Τα ψηφιακά περιουσιακά στοιχεία είναι κερδοσκοπικά και εξαιρετικά ευμετάβλητα και ενδέχεται να καταστούν μη ρευστοποιήσιμα ανά πάσα στιγμή. - This event is only open to users from Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
- Participants must deposit at least 100 USDT and maintain the net deposit for a minimum of 7 consecutive days to remain eligible for rewards.
- All users, both new and existing (with total deposits of less than 100 USDT before the event starts), who sign up on MEXC using Crypto Genix's referral link/code are eligible for this event.
- Users must click the Register Now button on this page to be eligible for the event. Only deposits and trades made after registration will be counted toward the calculation.
- Supported deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not eligible.
- Net Deposit = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals. Deposits will be calculated based on the price of the eligible asset(s) at the time of deposit.
- Only Futures trading volume will be counted toward the calculation. Futures trades with zero fees are excluded from valid trading volume.
- Rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after the event ends.
- Effective Feb 1, 2026 (UTC+8), all new users must complete mandatory KYC; UnKYC users will be limited to a 1,000 USDT deposit/withdrawal cap, with no transaction or page restrictions except in specific regions (ID, JP, IN, and certain CIS).
Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
- Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
- Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
- The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
- All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
- During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
- This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
