• Market makers, institutional users, and users from restricted countries or regions are not eligible to participate in this event. • New users are defined as those who sign up during the event period or existing users whose total deposits are under $100 before the event starts. Total deposits include all funding methods: fiat deposits, on-chain transfers, internal address transfers, exchange transfers, and DEX+ transfers. • Eligible deposit methods include P2P trading, fiat deposits, and on-chain deposits. • All participants must complete Advanced KYC Verification before the event ends to be eligible for token subscriptions on Launchpad. • Spot trading volume calculations include trades made in USDT, USDC, USDE, USD1. Futures trading volume includes USDT-M, USDC-M, and USDE-M Futures (open positions + closed positions). Trading volumes generated from copy trading and grid trading will also be included. Futures trades that utilize bonuses or MX tokens to offset trading fees will be excluded from the calculation of valid trading volume. • Users must share the referral link from the event page with their friends, who must then sign up for a MEXC account through that link. Rewards will only be granted after the referees successfully participate in the token subscription. • Users cannot receive referral rewards from Launchpool, Launchpad, and Airdrop+ simultaneously. When a referee participates in these programs, the referrer will receive rewards only from the event that ends first, regardless of the order of participation. This restriction applies only to Launchpool, Launchpad, and Airdrop+ referral rewards. Other reward types (like rebates) may still be combined with Launchpad referrals. • For under-subscribed pools, users will receive tokens based on their subscription amount. For over-subscribed pools, users will receive tokens based on the following formula: Allocation = Subscription Amount / Total Subscription Amount × Max Allocation. For more information, please refer to the Launchpad FAQ. • Launchpad airdrops will be distributed to eligible users' Spot accounts within 0.5 hours after the allocation ends. Distribution amounts will be based on individual participation ratios. • Rewards may take some time to appear in eligible users' accounts. In some cases, the platform may need up to 24 hours for additional verification before distributing rewards. • Prior to reward distribution, the platform will verify all user eligibility. Accounts showing abnormal activity or failing to meet event requirements will be disqualified from receiving rewards. Users must comply with platform rules to ensure eligibility. • All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes. • MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice. • MEXC reserves the right of final interpretation for this event.
