- This event is only open to new users from Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

- New users are defined as those who sign up on MEXC using Zaya Codes's referral link or code during the event, or those who had total deposits of less than $100 before the event started.

- Users must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible for the event. Only deposits and trades made after registration will count toward the calculation.

- Supported deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not eligible.

- Net deposit is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals. Deposits will be valued based on the price of the eligible asset(s) at the time of deposit.

- Only Futures trading volume (including both open and closed positions) will count toward the calculation. Futures trades with zero fees, as well as stablecoin pairs such as USDCUSDT, are excluded from the valid trading volume.

- Each user may receive only one Perk 2 reward, based on the highest tier they qualify for.

- Rewards from this event may not be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. In cases of overlapping participation, any rewards previously issued under similar events will be deducted prior to the final reward calculation.

- Rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after the event ends. Loss coverage from Perk 1 will be airdropped to users' Spot wallets, while rewards from Perk 2 will be credited in the form of Futures bonuses to users' Futures wallets.

- All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
