<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Điều khoản và điều kiện sự kiện:

  1. Người dùng phải nhấp vào “Đăng ký” trên trang sự kiện để đủ điều kiện.
  2. Ưu đãi chỉ áp dụng cho các thành viên của EMD. Người dùng không đăng ký theo mã giới thiệu sẽ không đủ điều kiện.
  3. Người dùng mới là những người đăng ký trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện HOẶC có tổng số tiền nạp < $100 trước sự kiện (bao gồm nạp chuỗi, tiền pháp định và nạp P2P).
  4. Đối với Sự kiện 1, số tiền gửi ròng = Tổng số tiền gửi – Tổng số tiền rút. Tiền gửi qua P2P, OTC và trên chuỗi đều hợp lệ. Tiền rút (trên chuỗi, chuyển khoản nội bộ, P2P, OTC) được tính vào số tiền rút. Nếu số tiền gửi ròng vào cuối sự kiện thấp hơn số tiền yêu cầu, người dùng sẽ không đủ điều kiện.
  5. Phần thưởng cho Sự kiện 1 sẽ được phân phát trong vòng 7 ngày nếu đáp ứng đủ điều kiện. Danh sách người dùng đủ điều kiện sẽ được cập nhật và gửi đến @DaDa_MEXC_AffiliateBDM. Phần thưởng cho Sự kiện 2 sẽ được phân phát trong vòng 10 ngày sau khi sự kiện kết thúc.
  6. Chi tiết phân phối phần thưởng và tài trợ: Đối với Sự kiện 1 (Nạp tiền và giao dịch để nhận thưởng 20 USDT Futures) và giải thưởng Top 2 → Top 4 trong Sự kiện 2 (bảng xếp hạng khối lượng giao dịch). Phần thưởng sẽ được MEXC tài trợ và phân phối hoàn toàn cho người dùng đủ điều kiện.
  7. Đối với người đứng đầu Sự kiện 2 (người dùng có khối lượng giao dịch cao nhất đáp ứng yêu cầu), iPhone 17 Pro sẽ được @DaDa_MEXC_AffiliateBDM tài trợ và gửi trực tiếp đến người thắng cuộc. Người thắng cuộc (Giải Nhất) vui lòng liên hệ @DaDa_MEXC_AffiliateBDM để nhận giải và cung cấp thông tin vận chuyển.
  8. Khối lượng giao dịch trong suốt sự kiện được tính toán dựa trên khối lượng giao dịch hợp đồng tương lai hợp lệ sau khi đăng ký, bao gồm cả các vị thế mở và đóng, với phí giao dịch thực tế > 0. Áp dụng cho tất cả các cặp giao dịch ngoại trừ các cặp hợp đồng tương lai stablecoin như USDC/USDT và các cặp không mất phí.
  9. Chỉ những giao dịch có phí thực tế > 0 mới được tính cho cả Sự kiện 1 và Sự kiện 2.
  10. Người tham gia phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt Điều khoản Dịch vụ. MEXC có quyền loại bỏ những người dùng bị nghi ngờ giao dịch giả tạo, đăng ký tài khoản hàng loạt, tự giao dịch hoặc thao túng thị trường trong suốt sự kiện.
  11. MEXC có quyền giải thích cuối cùng về sự kiện này. Mọi thắc mắc vui lòng liên hệ người quản lý đối tác @DaDa_MEXC_AffiliateBDM hoặc chủ sở hữu @DaDa_MEXC_AffiliateBDM trên Telegram.
  12. Tất cả người tham gia đều tự nguyện. Sự kiện này không cấu thành bất kỳ lời khuyên đầu tư nào.
  13. Mọi hành vi ảnh hưởng đến sự cạnh tranh công bằng giữa người dùng – bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở khối lượng giao dịch giả mạo, đăng ký tài khoản hàng loạt bất hợp pháp, tự giao dịch hoặc thao túng thị trường – đều bị nghiêm cấm. Vi phạm sẽ dẫn đến việc bị loại và mất quyền nhận phần thưởng.
